Promoting the Keep Well this Winter Campaign

The Keep Well this Winter Campaign is a Welsh Government initiative that is coordinated by Age Cymru and supported by a range of national organisations.  The campaign is delivered locally through events and activities that are organised by partners such as Public Health teams, Age Concern, Care and Repair, other voluntary organisations and local authorities.  This section provides information on the background to the campaign and useful resources for planning and promoting it locally:
